Check the Residents for Covid-19 signs and Symptoms daily
Inform Residents and Family regarding Covid-19 public activities are cancelled and about our Entry and Visitation Procedures.
No visit unless Cleared by the Administrator
Inform the Family to call Residents on the phone as often as possible
Sanitized all surfaces twice daily
Hand Wash and Sanitized Station will be provided. Train Staff how to use them.
Post all Posters regarding How we conduct preparedness and must abide to them
Staff to check supplies of 30 days Medications, Soap, Paper towels, Paper Tissues, Sanitizing or alcohol based sanitizer
If Residents has signs and Symptoms of COVID-19
Call 311
311 will be called then 911
Call Resident Doctor
Call Family
Facility will immediately contact the Residents Family and responsible persons and explain the situation and take actions as needed.
Call Local Health Dept
Report to CCLD
Containment Strategies
Isolate Covid-19 Positive Resident or those with Respiratory problem
Signs of COVID-19 Positive will be posted on the door
PPE will be available to the caregivers
Meals and medication will be served inside the room. Checked every 4 hrs
If Hospitalized, All Returning Covid-19 Resident will be Covid-19 tested negative.
All new Residents will be Tested for COVID-19
All isolation rooms will be clean and disinfect twice daily and checked for sanitation sanitizer and Alcohol inside the room
